A
Test Simulator for two wheelers (Auto Tester)
The
system completely automates a Standard Riding Condition
test to which various 2 wheelers manufactured by the
TVS group are subjected. The details of the test to
be conducted can be fed into the software and software
in turn controls all the parameters of the test.
Some
of the features of the system are:
- Allows
the operator to choose the vehicle to be tested (each
vehicle type has a pre-determined set of test parameters
associated with it).
- Controls
a blower which generates the required air pressure
which corresponds to the speed at which the vehicle
is "running" under simulation.
- Controls
the gear power transmission corresponding to a
speed.
- Allows
the operator to define a range of speeds to be
achieved at certain intervals. The software will
then keep the vehicle "running" at these
speeds.
- The
operator can see the results of the operation in
a graphical format .
