The
Blow Mould software was designed to fully automate the
working of the imposing Blow Moulding machines, which
are used for mass-producing large and medium sized plastic
containers.
The software reduces the number of people required to monitor the machine to
just one by taking care of every aspect of its operation. The software is being
used 24/7 at all installations in various shifts.
Some
of the salient features are:
- Allows the user
to design the thickness of the plastic container
(the parison) at various points along its length.
- Controls the
flow of the molten plastic according to the parison.
Controls the opening and closing of the mould.
- Allows changing
of related parameters like the Main Blow Time, Exhaust
Time.
- Has provision
for Emergency Stops.
- The same software
can be used to control the production of hundreds
of different kinds of containers.
