A system for testing the Shock Absorbers designed for various vehicles manufactured by M/s Escorts

The Shock Absorber system is used for simulating various conditions to which the shock absorber of a vehicle is subjected. The computerized system runs a series of compression and tension cycles which simulates the road conditions. The outputs of the tests are constantly recorded and can be later used for quality control procedures.
The information derived from the tests is also displayed as Real Time graphs which help the user to monitor the testing process as it is conducted.

• Allows the User to design the thickness of the plastic container (the parison) at various points along its length.
• Controls the flow of the molten plastic according to the parison.
• Controls the opening and closing of the mould.
