What is StaffRoster?

StaffRoster is a new breed of computerised rostering systems. Designed from ground up to meet the needs of the workplace, it sits alongside Baum Hart & Partners’ already well established StaffBank to deliver a total management solution. Moreover, it provides the
flexibility to adapt to constant change.

What does StaffRoster do?

StaffRoster offers traditional fixed rostering and enables the user to set any work cycle for any number of employees. If flexible rostering is opted for, the system starts from a broad set of guidelines set by the manager and then uses the declared preferences of each worker to deliver roster options – with the final decisions being made by the manager. For self-rostering, individual members have the same information as the manager and use the system to set the rosters.

StaffRoster is easy to use. Its unique colour coded screens enable you to drill-down to discover any level of information from the organisational level right down to individual preferences and a huge amount of details is available.
